We love happy customers and strive to make you 100% satisfied with your purchase. We realize shopping online can be tricky and do our best to provide the most accurate information, please take the time to choose the product that will fit you best.

For health and safety reasons, the Sauna Vest is not eligible for refund or exchange unless in it's in new condition. If the vest has been worn, we cannot accept a return. If you wish to make an exchange or return, all items must be returned in their original packaging. We accept returns on all new-condition, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.

For all orders, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return postage.

Outbound shipping from our warehouse is covered for exchange orders.

For all eligible refunds, we will refund you the total cost minus a $10 restocking fee.

 

What is your return policy for sale items?

If the item you purchased was on final sale, we cannot issue a refund.

 

You made a mistake in my order, what can be done?

If you've received the wrong product, size or color, just drop us a line at support@fineestshop.com

 

How do I make a return or exchange?

It's simple: just send us an email at support@fineestshop.com to initiate your return or exchange. 

Make sure you have your order number. If you don’t know it, one tip is to try searching for “Order Confirmation” in your email inbox.

If you need your exchange pair sooner rather than later, we suggest requesting a refund and ordering the next pair separately.

 

When can I expect my refund?

It can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund. Your refund will issued on the same payment method used during checkout (credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, etc.). Please note that in the case of currency exchanges, you will receive what you paid at the time of purchase.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?:

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make, and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified. Refunds for canceled orders will be credited to your original payment method.
